Eventually one gets tired of the back and forth. I gave up "dieting" a long long time ago, thank goodness! That neutralized a lot of unnecessary mental stress.  Simply put, and I need things put simple, in plain language, if I don't put the toxic stuff in, then I don't have to work like crazy to get it off and out of my body, right? Simple math.  It it's a delicious treat, and it doesn't leave waste on my waist, and it's affordable.  Now that's totally doable!
