Why I Don’t Train
What are you training for? Why are you training? How do you show up for yourself consistently? How often do you miss showing up for your job? How often do you not follow through for yourself when it comes to refraining from eating junk and showing up to your fitness sessions? This doesn’t make us bad people, but it doesn’t leave us feeling empowered at all. Many of us, especially the women on the planet 🌍, have resigned to the perspective this is just the way it is. 😔So our valid excuses led by our mental conditioning suck the momentum out of our efforts to really go for it. Just like we go all out for our children and our jobs. Many of us are just waiting to expire or have checked out mentally and emotionally. You can see this in how we attempt to emote through snacking on specific kinds of food stuffs. That stagnant energy is there right underneath the our carefully crafted outfits. For those serious about blossoming and re-birthing, especially over age 30, it will require fierceness in determination, quiet, intentionally
communicating directly with your innate divine intelligence out loud throughout the day because you likely won’t hear it over the noise and hypnotic screen 📺 scrolling. It will require investment of resources, time, and sweat from effort you did not put in before, at least not consistently over an extended amount of time. We want lean, agile bodies and resilient minds, yet we exhibit the restraint of the cookie 🍪 monster. What do we call that math? Next level results come when you invest in leveraging the mastery and experience of others, and when you give permission to someone to tell you uncomfortable truths…with an action plan.
