The best time to workout?

The best time to workout is when you can do it consistently. Consider your valid excuses and how long they have been in effect. Consider what you would be willing to swap out in order to start, re-start a consistent personal movement practice. Biggest question: is it worth it? ... to not have to take medications 💊 for the rest of your life, to not carry unhealthful amounts of excess adipose tissue (the technical term for fatty tissue and visceral fat that dangerously wraps around the organs). Is it worth it to maintain a fit body temple that can respond in an emergency? It it worth having a daily dose of feel good chemicals that are non-toxic and generated from your body that also doesn't age you? ✨
