Why is it so hard to eat healthy…..consistently?
Fruits and vegetables are so colorful and fragrant. They looks like nature's candy. Then why is it so hard for us humans to eat healthy consistently? We beat ourselves up then diet some more. In hundreds of years of information, research and culinary skills, it just doesn't seem to stick. How did it get to a point where up to 70 % of the American population is unhealthfully overweight and on track for diabetes? Have you ever considered how to measure the intangible effects on the body of stress ie, clogged arteries, dopamine addiction in the form of social media, PTSD, drug, alcohol, and junkfood addiction to chemically distract our minds from reality and withdrawal?
